Your Ace-In-The-Hole

Your Safe Place (foreign and/or domestic) is your ace-in-the-hole for you and the ones you choose to share it with. Now is the time to set flexible goals, learn skills, and cash out (accumulate worth) for future use.

You should only share your safe place with qualified and like-minded individuals:

*Look for people with a boat (ocean worthy), if you are held up any place close to a coast and air-craft, these will give you more options in transportation if need be
*Others which have their own ace-in-the-hole (foreign or domestic), you may not have time or the ability to reach yours. I learned when I was in the oil business, being partners in many oil wells is more profitable then owning one dry hole
*Medical, health, and wellness personnel
*Skilled personnel in multiple useful abilities, as time progress circumstances change

The reality is; people are more welcomed if they bring lots of useful stuff or have many valuable skills and useful knowledge which the others need.

We all want the same things, security for our loved ones. These people may bring empty mouths to feed so you will need to weight the needs of what they have to offer.

Trouble makers should not be tolerated; we need to work with each other. Make sure there is a clear understanding of the mutual goals. Keep control and have a plan and options to remove internal problems. Have a system in place for screening along with the personal or team to enforce your guidelines.

My Safe Place, could be your ace-in-the-hole, is unique; I provide a safe place in a secure resort (good food, swing pool, servants, and more), in a third world country, for a price. Making it a valuable ace-in-the-hole for the short term (one to four months) for the whole family at a short notice, providing you take the time now to make the arrangements.

During your short term stay you can make arrangements for a long term stay, if need be, at the price you are willing to pay. The only abilities necessary will be to pay, making guidelines much more tolerable. At this time, starting at $1,000 a month per person (double occupancy) - per month.

My Corn Field

My corn field is flourishing, here in Central America food and shelter are not factors which control our lives.

With the mild temperatures, 72-75 highs and 50-55 lows (normal highs and lows), means we have long growing seasons. Fruits and vegetables are abundant. There is no need for heating or air conditioning.

Relaxing and Exciting

We live in the tropical mountains, meaning the temperature stays constant (70-80 high and 45-55 at night all year round), bugs and flies are minimal, little wind and rain, and everything is close. If you feel you would like some warmth it is a 45 minute drive down the mountain where the people wear shorts and sandals all the time (day and night, all year round) and they eat sea food regularly.

My wife and I are total opposites; I am always looking for an adventure, whether it is in business or fun while my wife wants to be pampered, keeping things slow and easy. And third world countries are known for their extremes, so we fit right in.

My wife enjoys being waited on with all its benefits. Here we have maids (taking care of our room and laundry), chauffeurs (to drive us places), your requested meals are prepared fresh and served (you can even eat in your room), shopping is done by others or you can do it yourself, indoor heated pool, massages and other natural health improving activities, and the doctors even make house calls. And shielded in a protect environment, she feels safe.

But for me there is a sense of adventure whenever I leave our tranquil surroundings. Here there is little government control, making everyone take responsibility for themselves. I ride a motorcycle with Zena, my dog, which in its self makes an adventure. I don’t speak the local language, but the people are so pleasant and happy we make it a game to communicate. There are things to do (bike and motorcycle riding, hiking, walk around town, fly above the trees, swimming, ping pong, sight seeing, shopping, exploring, go out to eat, go to central park [here simple things are meaningful], and much more) and places to go (volcano watching, the beach on the ocean or at a lake, different towns with their attractions, different countries [some are within hours], guided tours, and much more).

We have chosen to stay here for the long term, but you can come for a couple weeks or months. Come for the peace and quite or for an adventure of a lifetime. I offer classes in health and safety, if you feel the need to do some self improvement.

Let us be part of your escape plan. Escape to a peaceful, laid back atmosphere or go for the excitement of living new sights, sounds, smells, culture, and customs. NoStressMike.com for more information.

Retirement dollars in short supply?

You may want to consider long healthy vacations, for what a lot of people pay for rent you can have with room and board with less hostile weather conditions. You can be as active as you want or have others to take care of your desires. The longer you stay the less the cost.

The life style is laid back, slow, and easy or there are places to go and things to do. Pressures of everyday living is minimal, you can have your own house, apartment, or room, in town or in the country.

My schedule is; I go back to the states in spring and in the fall. I suggest coming down for a month or two to see if this is your cup of tea. If it becomes a habit, it could be an affordable home away from home.

All of this starts with your visit with us here in Central America.

You will see and do things you never thought of. This will be a definably time in your life that you will never forget and you will want to pass on your experiences.
